ブルーラズベリーとは？ と興味津々でしたが、お味は。。。おいしいとはいえない味でした。がまんしてしばらく飲んでいましたが、健康面にも特に効果があるようには思えなかったので、やめました。

It's delicious and I feel so much better when I drink it. I've used Liquid IV before and not only was this more affordable, it tastes better and dissolves more easily. There's no gritty texture to my drink after stirring this in.
