QUALITY: This product is good in quality as it is from well known brand RODE and you also feels it when it in your hands. SHIPPING CONDITION: I got package in good condition. No damage nothing like that. PRICE: It is bit expensive. DON'T BUT IF: You are only vlogger and shot with shotgun mic or do voice recording only in post then you don't need to buy this. BUY ONLY IF: You shot yourself with camera far from you (more than 2-3 feet with shotgun mic or with Smart Lavlier mic and mic's cable length is not long enough). There are other wireless options available in the market, those are very handy as well as you don't have to manage cables of your mic but those are expensive. So if you have above mentioned shooting scenes (shot from far - more than 2-3 feet with shotgun mic or with Smart Lavlier mic and mic's cable length is not long enough) and you want to save money then you should buy it. MY EXPERIENCE: I shot mix shots near to face and far from me (with telephoto lens), so I bought it. I am very happy with this product because it maintains sound/voice quality of the mic and I also saved money by not spending money on more expensive options. THANKS for reading my review. I am using it with smart lav+ its a good buy if you are into interviewing. The long extension gives you upto 7 feet of distance easily.

This extension is indispensable when shooting with the rode smart lav+. I found that the extension cable doesn’t get tangled despite its length

I have ordered this product over two times now. The first time the wire was defected and not working, so I opted for an exchange. And the second time, I got a WHOLE ANOTHER PRODUCT instead of this. I have finally opt for a return. So much of my time has been wasted. I was needing this for my microphone that I got just before this purchase from Amazon only. Please inquire about this Amazon.

Product is good but received tha package like in photo, looks like it has been opened already as the top part was folded & sticker was off. Inside the extension is working. I am writting this review on the 2nd day of usage. Hoping this works the same.

I have a cat who loves chewing anything that dangles or looks like a string or a rope. My cat has chewed two Macbook chargers, three or four pairs of expensive headphones and a couple other wires around the house. After throwing away and buying anew a couple of times, I started taping and using them because there was no point and my cat is my evil overlord. I bought this because of my cat. He's chewed it alright but absolutely no damage. This is strong, durable and the quality of sound in the end is great, especially if used with their own mics. It's got stuck under heavy or rough metal furniture and survived. No other wire will do that. I have used it at crowded conferences, and because I was new to it, I let people trip over them a couple of times. That did nothing to them.

Received authentic products packed very well. Excellent build quality. Excellent sound quality.

It is made for the røde smartlav trrs lavalier mic. I can confirm it does not work with the trrs connector of the røde videomic ntg. Very odd…

A very nice product and of good quality too. Very useful for me while recording my Dj mixes live on phone..and because of its' cable length I can capture videos from different angles with my phone.

I bought this to use with my lav mic when I connect it to my go pro or Canon SLR. The lav mic cord was only about 1m long so I had to get the longer cord. Like all RODE stuff it works really really well. I used their stuff on my YouTube channel Fishtales with Tim. I totally recommend this product.

Been using this for several years now and it's as good as new. Excellent quality.
