i got this for me, and i liked it so much, i was about to buy 3 more as gift s for my family, but the price went up ore than twice the original i got this for $16 plus. and if you get 2 of then its 40 dollars plus. its just that i did not like how the other buddha look like.

This is very good statue of the Buddha I particularly like and enjoy in my home and surprisingly for not a lot of money considering its size and weight. It looks much more expensive than it is.

I've had a version of this Hotei in my front yard for years and decided to get a a more compact version for my desk. He brings a bit of joy, and it can't hurt to pat his belly on the way out the door. With his begging bowls held aloft, he seems to say, "I had a good day."

Even though the measurements are given it's still a little disappointing when you open the package.But I do love the statues. Great for a shelf or small garden.

I spray painted this guy gold and it looks great

Much smaller than I expected, too light to put in a garden, going to send it back for a bigger heavier one. Expected a lot more for the price.

Der lachende Buddha steht in meinem Wohnzimmer auf der Fensterbank. Er ist schon von stattlicher Größe, schwer und gut ausgearbeitet. Er strahlt einfach Lebensfreude pur aus, und jedes mal, wenn ich ihn ansehe, muss ich unwillkürlich schmunzeln. Er erinnert mich daran, die Dinge einfach ein wenig gelassener zu sehen und sich einfach des Lebens zu erfreuen.
