Would this be the right product to use to make a flowing stream, ie., moving water? Thank you!

The short answer is no it would not. This product is used on top of your stream to give it more of a flow look to the stream. If you tried to use this product alone, it would not keep shape. I would recommend a liquid pour made by the same company. It comes in larger size bottles for a bigger stream. If you are doing a deep stream, i would recommend a deep pour product due to the drying/cure times.
