Paper Airplane Kit

I purchased this paper airplane kit as a hands-on activity for kids, and it’s been a great mix of creativity, learning, and fun. After working through several designs, it’s clear this kit offers plenty of variety and keeps kids engaged well beyond the first use. Kids enjoy building different planes, testing how they fly, and comparing which designs go the farthest or stay in the air longest. This kit is a great option for kids who enjoy crafts, building activities, or STEM-style play. It also works well for family activities, rainy days, parties, or gifts. If you have a little guy/gal with even the slightest interest in model planes, or paper planes, or just things that fly, then you should get this paper airplane book/kit. You probably know how to fold like 3 paper airplanes and think that's good enough, but this book has so many seriously cool paper airplanes that I had no idea you could make that it puts the 3 planes I thought were cool to absolute shame. And most of these planes fly great too. Some of the fancier looking ones don't fly that great, they look cool though, and are fun to make, but some of the larger models fly super good, I never would have thought there were so many ways to fold an 8.5x11 piece of paper and make something that flies this good. Plenty of paper included but note you can just use computer paper and they work just as good. The directions are easy to follow and the planes all turn out great. Though some fly better than others for sure, most of the ones in this book are keepers. Some are fast, some are slow, some float, some do loops and are unpredictable, but each one is unique. The launcher is kind cool, but we find just throwing them works best. But you an put the rubber band in them and launch them too, it works fine, again, some planes work better in the launcher than others. Love the cool names they gave each plane too. My son and I have been having a blast making them and flying them and having competitions to see whose plane can fly the farthest. So ton of fun, can definitely recommend.

I got this as an easter basket gift on a whim and it made my 12yo very happy. The variety of plane types is great and there are several color designs for each type of plane. It is fun to build a series of the ones you like. It's also a good activity for a group of kids since they can watch each other fold and fly them. I recommend this as a gift.

Love this kit! My 7-year-old was able to complete most of the plane designs on his own, which was a big win for his confidence. He occasionally needed help with a few of the trickier folds, but overall the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It kept him entertained for hours—he loved testing out the different designs and seeing which ones flew the farthest. My only wish is that there were multiple copies of each design included, since mistakes happen and it would be nice to have a backup without reusing or improvising. Great balance of creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on fun. Definitely a solid pick for kids who enjoy building and experimenting!

This provides hours of fun for my son (and husband). They love doing the planes together, its fairly easy for my 6 year old to understand but with the help of my husband he gets it in no time. I've also purchased as gifts for young boys and its always a hit.

Very entertaining for my 7 year old. He likes the different designs and patters as well as the plane shooter that’s included.

Lo compre para mi sobrino de 7 años, le gusto mucho, es un poco complicado porque viene en ingles, pero vienen todos los pasos dibujados, nomas le explique y entendió super bien, las hojas que vienen son muy bonitas y trae muchas stickers, me gusto!

Amazing gift for my 6 year old son. He has spent days and days making paper airplanes. The paper quality is very good, and the instructions are really well done.
