Do not waste your money
Today the computer will not start up. The blue light comes on but no electical start up inside the tower. I have checked the electrics to the tower and external cables plus turning the computer on and off a couple of times to no avail. I would very much like to speak to someone about this product and get some sort of remedy to this very poor quality item. Purchase date October 2018.

Bought as a Christmas present. Plugged it in to test . Absolutely nothing. No lights nothing . Sent back for refund

Disappointed doesn't cover it...
Bought for my father to replace his non-working 9-year old PC.Turns out this one is exactly the same at his old one, non-working...Plugged it in, switched it on, and nothing... No lights, no sounds of fans whirring, tried an alternate power cable, still nothing.Sent back for refund.

Not working at all
Opened it. Turned it on. None of the apps were working. Not even opening. And there was no one answering my online questions to help. It was also a hugely slow start up

It is not robust at all
I have had it since October and use it very rarely. Recently all the ports fell out of the board at the front. It won’t boot up and it is basically gathering dust.
