Q: I can't consume any pork products. Is there any gelatin in these pills or the coating?

No, I don't believe so...I checked the ingredient label and it wasn't listed. Shaklee is a wonderful brand that's been around for years & Vita-Lea vitamins are great. Highly recommended 🏆🏅🥇

Q: I can not have Soy in any form,would this be ok for me.

One of the ingredients listed on the label is "hydroxylated soy lecithin".

Q: How much iron in each tablet?

10 mg of iron in each tablet, with 2 tablets giving you 100% RDA....these are really good. I've been using them for years. The price is good too, especially for 240 tablets. 🏆🏆
