Is it necessary to use 6 oz./drain? i would need to treat my kitchen drains (2), my bathroom sink and tub for both bathrooms. that's a lot of fly-zyme

I only used 2-3 ounces in each drain and it worked. I saved some in case I needed to redo. I think I may have done the kitchen twice, but I can’t remember. It did work though.

Does it stick to the pipes?

I believe it does. I presume the fruit flies/gnats stick to it when they fly in there. I think it also washes away after a while.

Can you use this in the drain in the dishwasher? Our old dw has a terrible smell - will this help?

Fly-Zyme is safe for use in the dishwasher drain and should help eliminate the odor. The specialty enzyme blend will biologically digest the old food particles that are causing the odor. It will also clean the drain line. Fly-Zyme’s gel will cling and give the enzymes more time to work versus a normal liquid enzyme. We suggest applying the product to the dishwasher drain prior to going to bed, so that the enzymes have all night to work. You should see results after applying 6 oz each night for 5 days straight. Then apply once weekly after that for maintenance; which will prevent the odor from coming back. I have no idea. All I know is that IT DOESNT WORK!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
