Q: Which of these is the biggest of the bunch? I own 2 Leatherman Supertools and would want the equivilent or better.

I think the size is pretty much the same. The difference between the SwissTool models is the particular tools included. Fit and finish of the SwissTool is better than any other MT, no question. Also the tools are accessible from the outside. And includes a Lifetime Warranty. It's sleek, comfortable, tough and just plain works. That said, some people prefer the Leatherman pliers over the SwissTool pliers. For me however, I will own no other MT than the SwissTool

Q: Is there any keying to be able to attach this to a set of keys ?

This tool is about 4 inches long and is quite hefty, there are other options out there that can be attached to a key ring. This is not one of them. Hope this helps.

If your looking for the reamer, the SwissTool X does not have it but the SwissTool Spirit X does. Below are the list of tools for each. Yes. Many engraving shops would be able to engrave it. My initials are REL, lol.
