It had the opposite effect on me. After 3 day, I gained 10 lbs, my feet, legs and fingers swelled. Once I stopped taking them, the swelling and weight went down.

I have only been using this Musebeam 12-in-1 GLP-1 WEIGHT LOSS PROBIOTIC blend for about 2 weeks. I have not noticed any adverse side effects that I am aware of. I feel that it has made me more regular, not that that was s problem before. As far as weight loss, I am not sure if I have noticed any loss. I am without a scale right now, so it's difficult to monitor that factor. I will update this review once I have taken it longer.

This product really works, my husband and myself, both, have lost 20 lbs., each. These are also gluten-free, and even though another expensive product that claims to be gluten-free, it is but, the facility is cross contaminated with all sorts of allergens, including, wheat. This GLP-1 did not make me sick, and i didn't have an allergic reaction to it either. It was perfect for me and my husband!Value for money:It was honestly gluten-free, I'm celiac, and it worked, quickly and steadily.
