Came unharmed in excellent packaging - Expiration date a year from delivery - love the taste (chocolate is the only one I've tried) I warm it up and it is like a yummy hot chocolate. I have a very sensitive stomach but this is easy on my stomach and causes no problems. I have some issues with solid foods so this covers all the bases for nutrition - my internist recommended this product - a bit pricy but I'm happy to pay since it solves many of my needs.

My child lives this milk over the others formulas like the children's version of Kate Farms chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. Plain is his favorite. Tastes just like unsweetened Almond milk & 2% cow's milk. This is great for Autism children who are picky eaters, or have a texture issue with solid foods. This really helps fill in the nutrients gaps. My child's licensed dietician prescribed this actual product for my child since he doesn't eat much solid foods due to his Autism.

I was struggling majorly with my appetite due to PTSD. I was under 100lbs and the thought of eating made me want to throw up. I started drinking Kate Farms to add calories and protein to my diet when otherwise I didn’t want to eat. I keep buying them to have on hand. Recently my grandfather went to the hospital for congestive heart failure. He had zero appetite for a week and we couldn’t get him to eat anything. I shared a shake with him and he said it was the best thing he had in days. So grateful Kate Farms exists! Y’all are literally saving lives. Chocolate is the best flavor in my opinion.

I have certain health issues that make me lactose intolerant and I needed to increase my intake of protein so I could heal at the time. I had also been hospitalized for 4 weeks and the dietitian recommended this brand of protein shakes for me to help my recovery along. This was a pretty good deal and the chocolate tastes great. You can't usually find it in the big cases like this for this price. However, on several occasions when I'd receive my package the cases were open and sometimes one or two of the shakes were pretty beat up and rolling around inside the box with the case. Still drinkable but beat up, one shake was so beat up it wouldn't even stand up properly. Anyway they really did help in my recovery and I got back to a healthy weight. I'd recommend just keeping your receipts just in case one might be busted when you open it.

Just want to tell you to stock up for winter because the chocolate flavored makes fantastic hot chocolate. Just pour in cup, heat up in the microwave, add a marshmallow if you want to and enjoy! All the satisfaction - all the vitamins and great nutrition!

After a car accident left my husband with a broken neck, several fractured vertabrae and a couple of cracked ribs, he spent a month in the ICU at Yale and another month at a top rehab facility. I agree that Kate Farms products ain't cheap, but these are meal replacement drinks, and when you compare the price of a Kate Farms nutrition drink/shake (or two) to what a meal would cost, they aren't unreasonably priced: One Kate Farms Standard 1.0 Chocolate (costs $3.33, 16 gr protein, 12 gr fat, 38 gr carbs, 325 calories and 260 MG SODIUM) VS One Big Mac (costs $3.99, 25 gr protein, 30 gr fat, 45 gr carbs, 550 calories and 1010 MG SODIUM). Except Kate Farms is healthier -- and the quality of the ingredients is out of this world. I mean it when I say that the Kate Farms drinks saved my husband's life. The Standard Chocolate 1.0 is excellent, and the Chocolate Nutrition Shake and the new Chocolate 1.4 are products that we absolutely have to keep on hand. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
