Beautiful bed and great value for the money. I like that there is no lining on the bottom storage compartment, and I can vacuum and keep it clean and just keep my things in bags. The whole bed is such a great value for the money it is unbelievable. It is so very well made. It took 4 hours to assemble and I made some mistakes along the way that I had to undo. Make sure you have good lighting and are wide awake when doing this and give yourself at least 3 hours. Don’t start at 9pm:) The fabric color is a very light beige with white threads linen type of fabric. Very calming and cool. The piston mechanism is so clever and work seamlessly and quietly. Overall 10/10 on this bed. I live in a tiny apartment with roommates so it was hard to make space to assemble the parts, but made due. So happy with with the storage compartment as all my random things will fit under the bed now, including my vacuum cleaner and tool boxes and kits weird items I had no place to put before, but tossed on the floor. Looking forward to this more organized sanctuary like room.

First off, the seller communicates well. I asked several questions and received prompt responses. That said, they offered a coupon for queen and king sizes of this bed but not the full and would not apply it even upon request. That annoys me. If you offer a coupon on a product, it should be for all sizes, not just some. The queen ended up being cheaper than the full! Very annoying. Second, I asked this myself and figure others will want to know too… so as an FYI, shipping is not refundable if bed is returned unless the product is faulty. I am not returning it luckily, but I needed to know before buying. It was a risk but paid off in my case. Regarding the actual bed, it is fairly sturdy. It’s mostly MDF covered in fabric. The fabric is attractive. Nice neutral color. Kind of a greige. (Beige/gray). But the fabric and the padding underneath is on the thinner side. Fine for a guest bedroom. I don’t think I’d trust it for very long with rowdy kids though. No box spring is necessary, and the metal frame seems sturdy. There needs to be a little thicker foam where metal meets metal or plastic, so I added that myself. Otherwise I was pleased. The lifting mechanism is strong, quiet, and easy to use. Overall I love this feature! My biggest complaint is this bed is low! The platform is only about 12 inches off the ground. Depending on the mattress thickness, you’re at best 20-24 inches high. I would have really loved it if the base was closer to 16 inches high. More storage space, and a more comfortable height for the mattress too. Overall I’m pleased with this.

This has been a savior in my small NYC apartment! It works so well for storage and is not too hard to lift up. The instructions were clear, and only took about an hour to assemble (the only issue I had was with the hydraulic being stuck in the lock position at first. I had to push very very hard the first time pushing the bed down) There’s been no creaking so far. I would advise being very careful while closing if you have a cat because mine likes to jump under at the last minute.

I have had this for a year now and it is good! I had to find a youtube video to put it together because the directions weren't very helpful.

This was fairly easy to assemble by following the directions. It did take quite a bit of time but was well worth it in the end. I came with all the needed hardware and some spare parts. The fabric covering is perfect. My Nectar bed fits perfectly on it and the frame raises with ease.
