Can i attach nato side handle grip to this cage directly or i need to buy an adapter and what is it that i should buy?

Yes,you could attach the NATO side handle on the cage directly.Such as NATO Handle 2187

Can i still fully rotate the screen on the M50 with this attached?

Yes, this cage allows access to ALL ports and screen rotates all the way. This cage (besides giving you a plethora of mounting points) definitely improves your grip. I really enjoy it.

Can I mount this with a gimbal or a tripod ?

You can install via 1/4"-20 threaded holes, if you want to mount on a tripod with quick release then use the plate for Arca
