The tv is fine so far but they sent a defective remote
The tv works properly but the remote they send me doesn't work at all. I test it on another TV and nothing. Tested other remote in this TV and worked fine. Contacted bestbuy support through here and they send me to call insignia instead of giving me the assistance

Worst experience ever
Do not bother. The Insignia TV is got in November 2024 is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. Quit working last month and I cannot get any help with this. Big joke

HORRIBLE User Interface
Great Picture, Great Price, HORRIBLE user interface. I have one video source to the TV using HDMI-1 input. Every time I turn on the TV, I have to go through three menus before it will display my video input. With only one input, the TV should automatically go right to that input or at least select the last input used. It seems whoever programmed the remote never used a TV before. I was going to buy a second one for another room but now will look for something else.
