I did research for 3 days before pulling the trigger. Reading reviews, watching videos, reading complaints. This WYBOT C1 checked out the best. They now have a C2 version. But many had complaints and said it was not as good. I ordered this with low expectations. It doesn’t say anywhere that it is designed for above ground pools. But a lot of people said it works just fine and has not caused any damage to their pool. As soon as it arrived I charged it up and dropped it in the pool. It covered the whole 14 x 22 foot pool in 2 hours. Picked up everything including sand and grit we couldn’t see. The screen is real fine and traps everything. We have used it 4 times now, once after a big storm that came through. It has worked great every time. I like that I don’t have to deal with hoses or manual vacuums. I just drop it in, come back 2 hours later and fish it out. Easy and fast to clean. Wish I had this years ago.

I have been using Polaris 380 for 14 years and countless rebuild that sweeper. Finally decided to give 380 in retirement( in trash bag and store in patio)First clean, pretty much wipe out entire floor to clean. After 3 ran, entire pool was completely cleared. There is App and Bluetooth for programing. Set to wall only or wall and floor cleaning setup. You can't control this sweeper with your phone, Bluetooth doesn't work inside water. Newton Law.cleaning container is, very easy to water wash. I wanted to get another trash container for backup in the future. Only thing not too happy is, just ran for about 3 hours and I wish ran longer but still deserved to give 5 Stars. Get it you will be happy.

i've had the Wybot cleaner before and it does work well. I actually quite liked it. I ordered a new one for my new home and new pool. However, the app is just horrible and there is no customer support. I cannot delete the old device and I had a typo on the wifi password and cannot figure out how to try to reconnect it. I just want to return it, but it's quite a process to do so.ETA... I got past the setup issues by setting up another email account and just starting from scratch. Now the cleaner will only clean one corner of my pool. Customer support is once again not helpful at all.Just purchase a Dolphin and spend the extra money.

I admit I did very little research in choosing WYBOT as my pool robot. I saw the price and watched a few videos.I’ve been using it for a month now and I am really happy with my purchase.Construction seems good. It’s plastic, of course, but does not feel cheap. The materials seem to be good quality.It’s easy to use. Just charge it up and put it in the water. Charging takes around 4 hours. It runs for around 2 hours in the pool.When I first used it, I had just opened my pool for the season (an inground pool). It was pretty dirty. Each use of the WYBOT made a difference. This will not clean your pool in on shot. It took around a week. Now that it is clean, it does a great job of keeping it that way.This is a great tool to get your pool in good shape and keep it that way. And the price is great for what you get.One knock is the filter basket. It always takes me a minute to reinsert it after cleaning it. I think the design could be improved so that it slides in more intuitively. Another knock is that each run with the WYBOT does not cover 100% of the pool floor. This was really only noticeable when my pool was dirty because I could see what was left behind.I really like the WYBOT. It makes my life easier by making pool care easier. I’d buy it again.

So far I love the Wybot pool cleaner. I had a Dolphin that was a few years old, and it stopped working at the end of the season last year. I don't have a plug near my pool, and it was annoying to pull an extension cord across the yard to use the robot. That's why I decided to try the rechargeable type this year. It was easy to set up. It took about 3 hours to charge the battery (a little less the first time) and then it was ready to go. I haven't used to app, so I can't comment, but I'm sure it works as expected. The robot cleans for approximately 2 hours and then it needs to be charged again. I wish it didn't take so long to charge it again. It does a good job picking up debris, though! The basket is easy to remove and rinse. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Bought this as a temporary replacement for my Nautilus CC PLUS corded unit that was being repaired under warranty. The unit works great and has no problem climbing the walls of my vinyl liner inground pool . The only issue is it doesn’t do a very good job on the vinyl seams but I can just brush those and it then vacuums the residue . I’m going to keep this unit forwinter use since I live in Georgia USA and I never close my pool as it will be easier to put in and take out during those winter months .

I am absolutely loving my WYBOT C1 Pool Robot — or as he’s affectionately known around here, Wally. Do not buy...I purchased this robot for my daughter's pool. We placed the robot in the water and it totally did not work. There was no way to get it out. I called Amazon, who refused to work with me as far as returning my money, at least partially. I wrote another review explaining that I was unhappy with the process and was refused...I had to pay additional monies to get the robot retrieved in order to return it. This was an disappointing, overwhelming experience. I'm 72 years old and could not afford to give $500. away...
