Defective clip

Not wha I have bought before
The weight of the bands did not match the weight of bands I have previously bought from Bodylastics and the length of the bands were at least 2 inches shorter than previous ones I have bought. Therefore I could not use them along with my other bands. A weight of 19kg should be 19kg always but not in this case the 19kg was equivalent to the easiest 5kg of the bands I bought previously either labelled up wrong or I cut backs have befuddled their maths.
