Q: Will this fit in the back of a Kia Soul ??

I think so.... you might have to take the front seat off and when you fold it down. IT is really easy to do. Once of the reasons I really like this stroller is that the two seats are really easy to click on and off.

Q: Can you fold the stroller with both seats attached?

Yes- they just both have to be facing forward. You can also fold it with one seat facing forward in the front and the car seat attachment in the back as well.

Q: We need a stroller that will work on fine gravel, boardwalks and blacktop. Would this stroller hold up, or is it more for regular sidewalks/stores?

Fine gravel should be okay, it is hard (when fully loaded) to sometimes get it over big bumps aka thresholds. It works best if you but your heaver kid in back. I used ours in Hawaii a lot and some of the walkways are not the best... it did just great. I really like this stroller.
