A study in the Australian Journal of Medical Herbalism 2011 23(3) showed Himalaya Organic Bacopa significantly improved the cognitive function, verbal span memory, verbal working memory and logical memory of the 41 healthy people studied in 4-weeks, and again at 16-weeks, versus little or no improvement in the placebo group.
