Very good, works with Linux.
This controllers seems robust and will stand up to punishment. I bought it specifically for use with my laptop, to play Euro Truck Simulator 2 and ATS. Also, it works with Linux. I'm on Kubuntu 24.04. I needed to go to Steam settings - Controller - enable Steam input for Xbox controllers. Toggle to on and it works perfectly. It takes 2xAA batteries, which are included. However, I also bought a Venom charging dock and single charge pack, which works very well. Overall, very pleased with this.

The classic controller
The best controller for Xbox or PC - and the USB cable is nice and long so you could feasibly use it plugged in if sat at a desk without too much constraint. It's still too short to plug into a laptop if you keep it by the TV and sit back on a sofa though.

A Good Controller
Clean, easy to use, easy to set up controller. Functions as expected and build quality feels better than most cheap controllers available. No stick-drift out of the box, and functions well with the provided cable.
