Product had problems-- seller very cooperative
My harp came in with manufacturing defects. While the photo shows 22 levers and the Q&A states there are 22, the top 5 levers were missing. A string was also damaged. The seller responded immediately to my contact, was friendly, and worked to resolve the issues by replacing the levers and strings.General review: One has to realize this is about the lowest-price 22-string lever harp on the market. Even so the price is around $300, so one should be able to expect a degree of quality. Buying a guitar for that price would acquire a pristine instrument. The biggest "pro" I can relate on this instrument is, oddly enough, the gig bag. It is a *quality* gig bag, with padding, two pockets and an internal mini-bag for the tuning key and extra set of strings. It is a "case bag" which fits the harp perfectly. It is easy to place and remove the harp from the bag. Comparatively I have seen the Deura gig bag, which is basic canvas, fits poorly and is very difficult to use. So though this may seem like a minor thing, this gig bag is (to me) quite a bonus.ISSUES:* The seller reports when the manufacturer first shipped these harps they had 22 levers, and that's what was put in the photos. Be aware the latest harps have only 17 levers. That is a manufacturer issue I hope they get resolved (since both major competitors do have 22 levers).* I found the levers very hard to move. The seller assures me they will loosen up with use. I'll put a bit of oil on them and see how that goes. But be aware that at this low price one isn't going to receive top-quality levers.* Again considering the low price: the finish on the harp is very pretty... but not perfect. It is hand-stained and while pretty decent isn't pristine. Most people probably won't notice flaws but I'm a woodworker, so I notice places where the stain / finish coat isn't consistent, the finish is a little rough or raw wood shows through. As far as I can tell that won't affect the playing... nor the appearance to most people. (There's nothing glaring, no major wood cracks.) So long as you consider the price and are prepared for a "hand-worked" finish, it's not bad. The carvings and designs are pretty attractive. In short, this is a beginner's lap harp that is at least $100 to $200 less than other harps. If one can afford more, like with most instruments you'll get more harp. If your pocketbook is a little slim it will play, but you can't expect a Porche at VW prices. If you want a higher-quality harp it will cost you a hundred to two hundred more.

Pretty but quality not best
Average quality, pretty but the wood is a little brittle. I have to change a few strings that will not tune properly

String Chart
Please include a string chart, a place that sells replacement strings and a set of tuning instructions. Other than this I was well pleased with the harp. It was delivered in a timely manner. The harp has a nice tone quality and overall feel for playability.
