I really like this product and feel like the longer I use it the more benefits I get. It's been great for giving me the energy I was lacking while dieting and helping me lose weight.

I'm always on the lookout for natural supplements that could help me achieve my health goals.This is an all natural product that aims to curb appetite and boost metabolism (which is a dubious claim made by almost every supplement). Been taking this for a few weeks now and frankly, can't tell if it is doing anything. This is the thing with any supplement, it's hard to quantify their benefits in a short period of time.The pills themselves are easy to take and have no aftertaste. I'll be finishing out the supply and will update this review with any perceptible results.

It is accurate that it is stimulant free. I did not experience any form of jitters or excessive energy. I question its ability on appetite control. After using this for several weeks, I find that I opened my appetite, making me hungrier sooner. Prior to using these pills, I would eat 2 meals a day. The first beginning at noon. My second meal would be around four thirty five o'clock, and that would be the last meal of my day. I would not wake up hungry.After using these pills, I have come to find that I am waking up very hungry. From the very moment I realized that I am awake, my stomach is reporting that I am practically starving. After eating, I do realize I eat less in a meal. But I end up eating a lot more meals. My meals are lasting me maybe 2-3 hours before i'm hungry again. Nothing has changed in what I eat and how I cook it. The only difference I have experienced are these pills.I have been using them for nearly one month and the scale has not changed. My weight remains around 204 lbs. I guess you can say I am metabolizing the excess meals faster, but as for the weight I already have on, it is not going anywhere. I forgot to measure myself in case this alters inches. So I cannot attest to whether it I have dropped an inch. However, I can say that my pants are fitting the same.The front label is misleading: "One Pill Only" refers to the serving size of 1 pill, but it is recommended to take 2 pills per day (1 in morning and 1 in afternoon) on an empty stomach. So daily dosage is actually 2 pills. This bottle is only a 30 day supply.

Though not officially approved by the FDA (like pretty much all supplements of this ilk), the ingredients in this supplement are purported to offer way more in the way of value than just weight loss. For example, the chromium picolinate is not only believed to have weight loss effects, but to also be effective in lowering bad cholesterol as well as helping to regulate blood sugar. Another example would be the Gynostemma pentaphyllum, which is the main appetite secession ingredient in this supplement. Also called "jiaogulan", it has been used in China for centuries and is also reputed to regulate blood sugar, improve cognitive function, and provide immune system function.I could go on, but you get it - these ingredients are natural multi-taskers. Even if weight loss were not the goal, the average person could still benefit greatly from the other benefits offered. It is recommended to take 1 capsule, twice per day, on an EMPTY stomach, and since there's 60 capsules per bottle, this gives you a 30-day supply. It's important to remember that these are supplements - not substitutes. You still have to do the work, so it doesn't really make any sense to start taking them unless you are doing the necessary work that will help them help you!I've only been taking these for two days as of this post, but I definitely already feel the appetite suppression. They go down easy and have no discernible taste or aftertaste, for that matter. I love that this is a non-jittery formula, so these haven't affected me at bedtime. Not sure if I'm imagining this or if it's really having an effect, but we'll see!

I really did not see any results one way or the other. The capsules were easy to swallow and had no adverse taste. I did replace a different supplement with this one, so that might be why I did not notice any difference.

I tried a different supposedly stim-free product before and it gave me super bad jitters. Others complained as well, but I was still a bit nervous trying another one. No need to be. This Nutrex Lipo 6 Stim-Free is jitter-free for me. I like the ingredient profile. I feel like it has worked for me to some degree, but the biggest thing is that I take it before breakfast and it gives me incentive to be more active. That's where the real action is.One thing I don't like is that they say "one pill only" in big print on the front of the label, then the instructions tell you to take two per day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. I've only been taking the morning one. I do think taking the same approach in the afternoon can be effective, but I feel like it would disrupt my meal schedule. I may try it, at least on days I work out.

Is it safe to say, so far so good? It's not that I have a ton of weight to lose, nor that I'm seeing the weight melt off of me, but taking this every morning has helped me with cravings and been a great aid as I've been experimenting with some intermittent fasting. Nutrex Research has been around for a while and is a trusted brand that offers a lot of great products.I like what I've seen so far, and how I feel after taking it. I also like that Lipo SIX is formulated in the USA, and science backed. It's a proven formula that is trusted by athletes worldwide. While I am not an Athlete myself, it has proven to be a quality addition to my daily routine and helps keep me on track by reducing craving and kicking my metabolism into overdrive.
