A 2 in 1 that works
I often wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep. I tried melatonin tablets in the past and didn't really notice them working. I found this product by accident when looking for a collagen product. I decided to give it a try and in hooked. A 2 in 1 product that worked both ways. I notice now I only wake up in the middle of the night if I forget to take it. Small cons.... The flavor is a bit "waxy" and I only take a half dose if I'm going to get less than 6-7 hours or I have a harder time wanting to get up. This is my third bottle.
