Q: Would you recommend this as an everyday grill?

Yes, bought mine in 2017 for Christmas and have used it 4-5 days a week since (6/13/22). It is limited to 450°, but all my grilling is done below that. Plus you will never get a true sear on any pellet grill/smoker because of the design.

Q: What is the lowest temp you can smoke at?

Smoke setting is around 125. Just a hint, I found mine was cooking uneven but by screwing the chimney cap up or down, depending on what side was cooking hotter, I could even it out. My temps are now pretty consistent throughout the grill.

Q: Can I fit a turkey 20 lb+

Just bought a 14 lb Turkey haven’t try it
