Centrum Multivitamin Tablet for Women, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with Iron, Vitamins D3, B and Antioxidants - 200 Count

I purchased the Centrum Multivitamin Tablet for Women for my mom some time ago. Overall, it’s a great multivitamin with a good range of essential nutrients, and the quality is what you’d expect from a trusted brand like Centrum. My mom feels it’s a well formulated supplement and appreciates the health benefits it offers. However, the main downside is the size and form of the tablet. Since it’s a capsule and quite hard to swallow, she doesn’t take it as regularly as she should. For anyone who has difficulty swallowing capsules, this could be an issue.

Buenas vitaminas

I have been using Centrum Women for years. It is a quality brand and product. The vitamin pills are relatively large in size, so they can be harder to swallow. I recommend to take your daily Centrum pill with large glass of water. Also, I don’t recommend to take this pill before food. Each time I took it before having my breakfast, it made me throw up. So I only take it after having my breakfast.
