重たいけど厚みがあって丈夫、火力が均一になるから良い、唯一気になるのは縁が浅い事、ソテーするには良いがピラフや野菜炒め等の煽り物にはむかない。

とても洗いやすくて驚きました。汚れがさっと落ちます！！持ち手も使いやすいです。このフライパンに出会えて良かったです！！少しお値下げになっている時に購入しました。

焦げ付かないハイブリッドフライパンということで購入しましたが、ひどい焦げ付きで弱火で目玉焼きをつくっても焦げ付いてお皿に移す時フライパンと白身の接地面をガリガリこすらないと取れない状態で本当にひどいです！返品レベルです！ 星１つも付けたくありません！

もう少し滑りがいいと思って買ったので、期待とはちょっと違います。 でも傷は今のところついてません。ゴシゴシ洗っても強いです。 ただ重いので洗う時は大変かな。電熱性は良さそう。

値段がかなりお高いので、凄いんだろうなぁと思ってたけど大したことなかった。それほどまだ使ってないけど、やっぱり使いシミのようなものが表面や裏面について、表面の模様はすぐに色あせて綺麗さは損なわれる。裏面の汚れは一度ついたら、どれほど洗ってもとれない。卵なんかの焦げ付きはそこそこあるが、洗い流せる程度。この程度の物ならもっと安くてあるかと思うが、こういうものは使ってみないと分からないので、そこが問題。まっ、期待したほどではないが、そこそこに使えるので☆・３が妥当かな。

少し重さあります。 熱伝導が早く、中火でも丁度良い感じの焼き色が付きます。 数回使ってますが、まだ強火にした事無いですw（する必要無かった為） ウインナーなど焼く時、普通のフライパンに比べて油の出方が全く違います。良い意味で。 ただのウインナー焼いてるだけなのにムニエルでも作ってたかな？と錯覚するようなジュわぁっと焼ける感じです。しかも表面はパリッと焦げ目もついて。 あまりにツルツルなので食材が飛んでいくので、次は深さのある中華タイプを購入検討してます。 長年フライパン迷子でしたが暫く使えそうで良い買い物したと思ってます。おススメです！

It’s a fake product that you are selling. The pan is not from hex clad it’s from a brand called Flanek. Handle is different from photo of advertised product.

It is everything the ads say about it. I believe I will be happy with this pan far into the future.

Fantastic pan, makes frying simple with little oil and food tastes wonderful too, not greasy. Easily cleaned.

J avais des doutes… apres tant de poeles que j ai deja essaye. Je les avais toujours que qqes mois avant d avoir les premieres griffes dedans. Pas la hexclad. Le revetement tient super bien et elle est stylish. Ne la chauffez pas trop fort. Une chaleur moyenne suffit et evite que les aliments collent
