Quality ice maker with good features
This ice maker checks all the boxes. Been running it daily for a few weeks now and no issues so far. I love how the drain plug is towards the front on the bottom, so you can just pull forward to the counter edge and drain into a pan easily. Draining is needed after you run the cleaning cycle. The unit has a very good footprint, so it doesn't take up too much counter space. Buttons are clearly marked and the display tells you what it's doing and when to add water. Color and style is nice, seems well built. It holds about 5 cycles worth of ice which is plenty. If gearing up for a party, just dump into an cooler and keep making more ice. Also, it's very quiet. I couldn't be happier.

A total treat!
To my delight this machine works and makes my favorite kind of square ice. What a luxury! It’s not fast, and I still have a bit of a learning curve, but the support and included booklet are good. Highly recommended.

Best thing I’ve bought in a while
Super cool and fast! Got tired of buying new fridge because the ice maker keeps breaking

Very squeely noisy
Squeals really loud. Called customer service. All automatic, no person, it just hangs up and disconnects. All robot controlled. I was really enjoying this ice maker too. I thought that it was the best one so far until it started making a lot of noise. It sounded like the background score to a horror movie. It made me want to grab a hack saw and do something really bad with it. This ice maker has to go.

Works great. Easy to use.
I use a ton of ice and this has kept up with my needs. It's fairly quiet and makes enough ice to fill a gallon ziploc bag at a time. I just fill the tank with water and have ice within 20 minutes.

Disappointing
I had high hopes for this ice maker. I really did. But the ice does not break up when it’s done with the cycle and it’s a pain to try to smash the sheets of ice up to try to fit it in your cup. Ice flies as you splash so then you end up with water all over your floor. On top of that, it’s getting louder every day. I don’t know if I got a dud, but this thing is going back. SO DISAPPOINTED. On the good side, it’s very easy to fill. That’s about all it has going for it.

Works well - 5 stars
24 hours in Machine is quiet, I'm happy I paid extra for the additional capacity. Run it, let it fill, take the ice out, and it will continue to run until the water is out or basket becomes full again. Will test out the timer function this evening, but it spits out a good amount of ice in a set it and forget it approach. A full basket of the thickest possible ice took about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Between Amazon easy returns and the Asurion warranty I have for all devices, I'd be thrilled to get a few years out of this product. Will update if it breaks down in the coming months.

Loud and any top loaded bottle will need a reducer
First off, this "quiet" ice maker is about as opposite of quiet as you can get. I'm not even in the kitchen and I can hear it running as it makes ice. It's not even doing the loud part yet. The loud part is when the ice drops down into the tray. It just did it as I am writing this just fueling this post. I've never had a cat that was afraid of ice cubes before but now here we are. Don't even think you're going to get a water bottle to fit in the little door above. The orifice is smaller than the type of bottle its "engineers" intended to fit in there. You may get lucky with a 2L bottle of water so you can add some jank to your kitchen counter if you like. The ice isn't designed to break apart when it drops (I'm sure this is somehow a "feature") so enjoy stabbing the crap out of it afterwards. The ice is fine once its separated, but its a bit of a journey to get there. If I had it to do again, I'd just get a bullet ice maker as the cubes are about the same size and the bullet ones are cheaper. This one has a cycle time of 20m by default, which can be adjusted for more frustration, but I do believe the bullet ice machines may be a little faster. Get something cheaper until these guys figure out how to design a better product.

This is the second counter top ice maker we have purchased in the past two years. It is not the cheapest BUT it is so worth it! It produces a ton of ice over the course of a day and the self cleaning feature works really well. We love it.

Just when I thought I could not love this icemaker anymore then I already do..thevpower went out in our house, the tray still had ice in it after 5.5 hours of no power. It was melting but we still had ice. I absolutely this machine. Came fast easy to set up. Makes ice fast and harder ice then the bullet ice makers

This ice cube maker produces "flats" of ice cubes all attached. I have had to put them in a plastic bag and bang them on ceramic tiles to break them up. Had to contact seller twice before receiving a reply to use a firmer spoon to break them up. A firmer spoon isn't made. Totally disappointed and missed the refund date as I kept thinking that I was doing something wrong. I have had several ice cube makers and this one takes the longest to produce ice.

Great ice maker, our second exact same one because our first 1 lasted 2 years and we think it just needs a pump, makes great ice fast, i love it

its ok, works. But.....the hassle is that ice comes out in the whole sheet. You will need to break it down into individual cubes. The ice making process is fast, produces lots of ice.
