Spring Valley - L-Lysine 1000 mg, 100 Tablets

A friend recommended this product to me. I was a little skeptical, but after using it, I am sold!! I had a fever blister when I got it and it healed in a lot less time than they normally do. Will definitely continue to use!!

This is the one of the only supplements that I know works. My husband takes it daily to prevent cold sores. If he hasn't been taking it...bing! bang! boom!, he is going to get one. If that happens he takes a higher dosage and it stops that baby in its tracks!

I have taken L-Lysine for years and years to combat cold sores. IT has kept me from getting cold sores fir the most part. If I do get one they are very mild.

I take L-Lysine to ward off cold sores. This supplement does the job and it doesn't smell like a dirty ashtray like another brand did. My only quibble is that horse pill size, other than that it's all good.

This has been great for my cold sores. I have had good luck using this supplement to prevent them. If I feel like I may have one coming, or am seriously stressed, I double up on the dose. I am happy with the results & will continue using this.

I cannot be without this. I will buy again when I am low. This is the best place to buy as far as value.

These are hard to find in the 1000mg tablet. I use this at the first tingle of a fever blister. If you take these right away, you don't get the fever blister. If you wait too long, it still goes away faster and better than any Rx meds. 2000mg when you first feel that tingle morning and night.
