Works Well - I'm Happy!
There are no directions so I had to read reviews until I found someone who figured out how to link the keyboard to the iPad! Works great and isn't too much of a battery hog! The keys can handle my hard typing and I haven't noticed keys sticking or not "rebounding" or "resetting" quickly enough...I type about 80wpm so I can overtype a lot of electronics...no problem with this keyboard or my new iPad Pro...easy to clean (so far) and the iPad section twists around easily, but isn't floppy. I try to turn it the same way - clockwise to open/flatten and counterclockwise to close so I hope that will prevent the wires from being twisted around too much...I'm sure there's a device that allows the two sections to spin in any direction, but the hinge is always the weak link with these cases and I want mine to last as long as possible!

Keyboard Issues Annoying
PROS: I love the Rose Gold color and style of this product. The tablet swivels left and right 360 degrees, but you have to go back to original position to close it. Helpful when shating a view with someobe. When you put it down 180 degrees flat, it can swivel from that position and lay on top of the keyboard, which is great for reading or screen work. It doesn’t lay "flush" to the keyboard, which is a little disconcerting, but very close. Love the various colors on backlighting and the sleeper mode when you close it. It charged up very quickly prior to first use and after 5 days, I haven’t had t recharge it yet. Screen stays in any position. Tablet is protected on all sides, except the actual glass screen—I will need to buy a screen protector. Attractive product.CONS: It’s a little difficult to open, even with 2 hands, due to the hinge being such a firm hold in any position. Wish the opening indent was easier to get fingers to part. It is heavy, like a laptop heavy. Surprising for how small it is. Noticeably heavy. It keeps a firm hold of iPad, yet when I type it bounces back and forth a little. Still able to read and type, but worth mentioning. This also happens when using my finger to scroll—it bounces a little. Again, not dreadfully. I als have a manufacturing defect on one of the keys. It doesn’t always work, but the auto correct / word predictor is a big helper with that. My biggest complaint, and I read this in someone else’s review too, is the right-handed shift key is a problem. It’s not a full size key—it’s only the size of the standard letter key pad and doesn’t match the left-handed shift key size. It is absolutely ANNOYING! What should be the other half of the shift key button is the Page Up button. You guessed it! It jumps up a line everytime you want to capitalize. If you don’t notice, it’s a mess!!! I can barely recognize the shift key even when I’m looking for it. I was hoping I could adapt, but I can’t. I’ll have to return it and find something with full size shift keys and no defective alpha keys.I’ve only had the product for 5 days and love it, but the shift key is a deal breaker for me. Why couldn’t iEGrow do little half size arrow keys and keep the shift keys standard size? Other than that, it’s exactly what I was liking for.

First keyboard up and croaked; replacement was great till it started disintegrating
Does not work. Shows connected via Bluetooth but no keyboard response when attempting to type and no charging even though cord is plugged in.BTW, the side switch IS turned to ”ON”, the cord IS plugged in and the lights blink occasionally but the keyboard cannot be typed with or charged. Why?This is a colossal waste of USD $50+ bucks. I would like a refund or an actual functioning keyboard.Update: iEGrow contacted me quickly and sent out a new keyboard immediately, which I have been using with no issues since its arrival a few days ago. Highly recommend this seller for followup and readiness to stand by their product. This is a nice keyboard (with all the expected annoyances of a tiny keyboard, but hey), the turn-and-flip feature is practical and most useful. Would definitely purchase again.UPDATE 2 - 4 October 2018 - keyboard #2 is disintegrating.Purchased keyboard #1 mid-April 2018, it lasted for two months before it stopped charging mid-June 2018. iEGrow was nice enough to replace it, and now the replacement keyboard #2 is literally falling apart at the seams. I’m very careful with my precious iPad and have never dropped it. I don’t even use the swivel function much. I use it on my lap a lot - which is kinda sorta the whole purpose of a tablet. Also, the paint on a few keys has worn off a lot but that’s not really a big deal.I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS KEYBOARD. I didn’t expect it to fall apart after four months of daily use. Fifty plus bucks is just too much to pay for something, even two of something, that only lasts a combined total of less than six (6!) lousy months.
