I know it's not amazing or anything, but it's awesome for the price and can be sliced and fried or chopped into cubes to add cheap protein to soups or casseroles. Probably the best thing about it is that is an excellent emergency food that is fully cooked and can be eaten cold out of the can if necessary. Everyone should have some of this on hand for emergency situations.

If you like Spam there is nothing I need to say. If you haven't tried it with eggs over and whole wheat toast you haven't lived.

Have loved this stuff since a kid (and Im 65 now). Is mostly made from pork and is somewhat salty. It is precooked and can be eaten cold or warmed up.Eaten by itself, it makes for a great tasting meal that can be heated within a couple of minutes of microwave. It can be cut very smoothly with even plastic utensils. Don't eat it every day though as it has a lot of salt content and isnt considered by most a healthy meal. More of a quick meal or snack. Also if eating too much it can act as a mild laxative. So serve as a treat or balanced with other foods to avoid the downsides. The gelatin coating when first removed from the can cooks right off within a minute of heating.
