Children who show magical ability must then be further educated, usually by attending one of the eleven schools of witchcraft and wizardry (in North America this would be the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry).Squibs and Muggles will be unable to use a wand to perform magic.Please note: any magic performed outside of school by a wizard or witch who is under seventeen years of age is banned under the Decree for the Reasonable Restriction of Underage Sorcery 1875. 1) There are nine (9) separate commands available: the Clockwise Roll, the Counter-clockwise Roll, the Flick Up, the Flick Down, the Flick Left, the Flick Right, the Push Forward, the Pull Back and the Big Swish. 2) To re-programme simply remove the batteries and replace. Cool product. Programing is challenging and miss fires every now and then. start with the best batteries avaliable( lithium) because according to Rufuss the remote will need to be reprogrammed when the batteries need to be replaced. After more practice with the wand the easier and better it gets. Wishing there were more styles to choose from to one in every room
