How much sand will it take to fill

we got 6 bags of play sand from home depot and it's plenty

Does this have a top/cover?

The seats fold down for a cover. Caution-mine has a remaining gap down the middle so small animal feet could get caught and it definitely will let in precipitation. I'll have to tarp the top after all I guess.
