Basic for a DIY person.
Buy direct from UK. The warranty will apply and it is a good basic system.

Lacks real functionality.
The lack of remote notification or arming unless you pay for a subscription for an app that then pitchforks if your personal data to undeclared third parties. I am surprised this company is able to operate under EU GDPR laws. Also it does not appear to have IFTTT support which makes it legacy. I could build my own system by linking various other manufacturers components together with IFTTT and get more functionality. For example I have my Tado heating arms/disarms my Blink cameras based on away/home using my phone . Blink sensors trigger lights to come on or off in key rooms or trigger sound effect (dog barking or door slamming) from my Sonos in different rooms (depending on time) and I get a notification and free video recording. And it does not have a Monthly charge. Yes more expensive up front but I also have a wireless music system, CCTV and a smart heating system.
