The LX-1504D model is very, very tiny!
I ordered the LX-1504D model with the two cups and it just arrived today. My first impression was, wow this thing is really tiny! The instructions say that that the appropriate amount for each side is between 11 and 13.5 table spoons. There are 4 tbs in a 1/4 cup, so this means that the total capacity of both sides is only a little more than 1.5 cups! Had I known that in advance, I wouldn't have bought it! So I'm not sure if I'll keep it or not. But if I do, I'll try to remember to update this review. On the bright side, if you're into making 1.5 cup batches, this will take up very little storage space. This thing is kind of like a toy, similar to an easy bake oven for kids. Included are two recipes, one for frozen custard and another for frozen yogurt. Both recipes call for 1.4 oz of castor sugar. How the heck am I supposed to measure 1.4 ounces and where do I find "castor sugar"? All other ingredients are in tablespoons. Directions also say to freeze each cup upright for a minimum of 24 hrs at 0 F, but no more than 72 hrs.

It is small and cheaply made!
This is way smaller than anticipated! It is cheaply made and I’m so mad at my self for spending nearly $40 on it. I should have went with a bigger one name brand. I hope it lasts. Used it once and it works but it’s very small.

easy enough, but not enough frozen "product" for the work/time
product makes for a fun project for the kiddos. The yield is not impressive. Clean up is good and the item is small for storage. Would not recommend for anyone that has children! Get full size ice cream maker!

Matcha Ice Cream
The media could not be loaded. Been searching for ice cream machine. im obsess with the matcha ice cream. but the non machine recipe is not what i prefer cause it is so easy to melt dont no why. so i bought this one. have 2 function yogurt and ice cream . Im making matcha for first time. love it. However be sure to check the temperature. I didnot let the ice cream to ideal temp so the first time it is not into soft serve. Then i read instruction the mistake is i dont let it cold enough. Second try is perfect got my ideal matcha 🍦

INCREDIBLY SMALL!
This ice cream maker is INCREDIBLY SMALL. Even for a single person it is really small. For a family it is ridiculous. Honestly it is a total waste of time to fool with this ice cream maker for any reason. I returned it immediately

It wouldn’t freeze the mixture enough for ice creamOnly good for a soft milkshakeIt would be better if it came with a second set of freezer cups so you could switch out while churning And keep freezing temperature longer

Only really good for one round of making ice cream! Needs 25-30 mins to get thick like a shake.
Really easy to use machine. All parts are plastic, so be careful as they are somewhat flimsy. There are better recipes on the internet than what are provided in the instruction manual.
