Good replacement for cheap "builder grade" ones
When our house was built the sliding doors all came with cheap "builder grade" tracks made from sheet metal. Every one of them was either already bent on installation or bent/broke within the first couple years. I got tired of constantly having to re-hang doors that someone knocked off the track because they were so flimsy. At first I had sticker shock at the price of sliding door hardware. But this set came in at about half the price of most (with the exception of the same builder-grade junk we already had), so I decided to give it a shot. They are MUCH nicer than the ones that came with the house. Rather than bent sheet metal, it has extruded aluminum track. The wheels have 3 points of attachment to make them less likely to come loose and more likely to maintain adjustment. It only took a few minutes to install and I was able to cut a little excess length off the track easily using a miter saw with a carbide blade. These seem much sturdier than the old ones, and the price is palatable, so I'm pretty happy with the purchase. Hopefully they will last a lot longer then the originals.

Excellent! Sometimes adjusting these doors can be a pain.
I bought 2 kits, for 2 different bedrooms. Very sturdy hardware with really good instructions. Read the instructions first, measure the opening and doors, and then trim the doors as needed. Loosen the hardware, hang, and adjust for plumb as necessary. These kits saved me a LOT of frustration. I owe somebody at Johnson a drink!

The best on a market, but still…
This was not the first hardware I purchased from Johnson. I have happily installed the bi-fold door by the Kimberly Bay replacing all the supplied hardware with Johnson’s.But surprisingly there’ve been more challenges for this sliding doors project. First, there was no instructions specific for the installation of the tween rollers. Second, as you obviously need to install the rollers before hanging the doors, you would face the situation when the wheels may not be getting in the designated path in a track. It would be nice to find the tip in the instructions but it’s not there. After few efforts I’ve managed to push the wheels in and then the doors stopped falling. But the worst was that that track itself was bent! And it was not the transportation damage kind of bent; it was rather the soft metal (aluminium) tendency to bent and pure factory QC.Again, I have secured one part of a track, then pushed hard and did it a couple of times until it became satisfactory straight. Whew! But at the end - I enjoy it: smooth, quiet and good looking.I hope, not all customers would get into the same troubles as I did. I still recommend it, with some caution. Good luck!

good deal
Have 2 solid core wood sliding doors. Cut out the old tracks, couldn't get doors to tilt existing track. Installed this heavy duty track, easy, Can't remember, but I think they could have added a few more screws. Wheel brackets mounted to doors easily, and easy adjustments. Now just tilt the doors to install and remove. Perfect. Slide back and forth nicely.

Excellent
Absolutely worked as intended. Easy to install. No issues at all. Made it easy because I did not have to put new casing around the opening.

Study. Easy to install. Work's great.
I bought this to replace a bypass door that was installed when the house was originally built about 22 years ago.We have 1 3/8"doors and replacement tracks at the big box stores don't work as well. The hardware that runs along the track have double wheels, which makes it much more sturdy than the original.

good quality
As indicated I am happy with the product and I would recommend this product. Whether this is the proper format to aire this complaint...but here it is: After I order any product be it Amazon or otherwise I cringeif I find it is being shipped via UPS, I have found they consistently delivered packages dirty and damaged, as was this shipment...but I can "workaround" the damaged item so I am not returning it. But I would like Amazon to take this matter seriously.

Easy installation. Smooth operation.
I used the kit's to make sliding screen doors for my screened patio. I will add a fascia board to cover the rollers after the final adjustment. The doors roll effortlessly and smoothly. I'm very happy with the quality.
