Good quality Stainless Steel 3 way tap, only let down by poor quality braided hoses
Firstly, I really like this tap. Nicely made, sturdy and well finished. No play in the swivel spout and no issues with the cartridge valves which shut off the water cleanly and flow water quietly. Compared to well known brands it represents excellent value.I had received a water filter cannister and tap as part of a water softener package from BWT and rather than use the flimsy supplied water tap supplied, which would have entailed drilling another hole in the kitchen counter top, I sought out an all in one solution and this tap is perfect, allowing a softened hot and cold water feed to the sink combined with a filtered un-softened drinking water feed.So what is the issue with the hoses? Two things. The nuts on the end of the hot and cold hoses to connect to the water supply are badly made. The thread in the nuts is not cut deeply enough, so the nut bottoms out before a seal is made with the rubber washer. To overcome this I had to use 15mm to 1/2" adaptors (2665R from Screwfix) to go from the water pipe to the braided hose and using a bench grinder, grind off the start of the adaptor thread by about 3mm. This allows the nut on the bottom of the hoses to fully tighten and seal the connection.I could have sought alternate hoses, but these were a good length and had two 'o' rings as opposed to the more usual one.The other issue with all three of the hoses is connecting them to the tap. I had to coat the two 'o' rings on the threaded end with silicon grease to ensure they screwed in without pinching the 'o' rings. These could not be tightened with a spanner due to the recess at the bottom of the tap making that impossible which meant tightening by hand and gentle use of pliers on the hose crimping, which was just exposed. This was successful with no leaks.Overall a little extra fiddling to make the connections but worth it considering the excellent value the tap represents.P.S. If as I was, you are unsure of the measurements of this tap and how far it will project over the bowl, the bottom of the spout measures 31cm down to the worktop surface and the end of the spout measures 26cm horizontally back to the centre line of the mounting point.

Good but with a few design flaws
Over very good quality and looks great.A couple issues:- couldn't fit the drinking water line to 1/4" filter water as shown in the picture. The olive shown on picture is too small to go over the pipe. I just used the insert and the plastic nut and it seems ok.- the tap screw but was too short for thickness of my worktop.i had fit without the Washers. I just managed to get the O-ring at the base of tap fitted and catch one or two threads on the screw.

Good at first
Update September 2020: this tap comes loose and rusts easily. The neck has also fused into place so the only way to turn it is to move the whole (now loose) base! Not as good as first thought!Original review: Pleased with the tap but would be 5 stars if it came with the kit for connecting a water filter. Delayed the installation a little and had to spend another £18 to buy the filter kit. Didn’t expect it to have the actual filter at this price but it’s harder than it seems to but just the filter kits and had to buy whole tap set.

Good quality Tap with limitations
Very good quality tap which looks and feels high quality, with a few installation issues. The threaded Boss that goes through the Worktop was not long enough for Oak Worktop (40mm) so I had to use the one from the old Tap. The fitting for connecting the 6mm filter water is not the best and I could not fit the 6mm pipe with the provided Olive, so the fitting is in place with the hope it doesn’t blow off if we get a pressure spike.

Really good Kitchen Tap
Great tap for the money, spray pattern from the head of the tap could be a little better, however not too concerned.Surprised by the good quality. It replaced a leaking Abode aquidfier tap for a faction of the price.

Very happy
I was very happy about the way this tap looks in my kitchen. Connexting water and my undersink water filter was super easy. It is well made and if it comes to it I will come back buy again. The only thing I could count as minus (although physics is at falut here, not this product) is that if you let hot water run from the tap it heats your drinking water in lines too. So keep in mind that your glass of water after you wash dishes will be warm unless you run cold water for a few seconds first.

Good quality, fiddly install
Good quality tap, instructions poor to non-existant. Fiddly to install and I'd forget about using the supplier filter connection, get a good quality alternative. End result is a solid well built and sturdy tap.

After one year of use the filtered and normal water feeds leak into each other
The three way tap looks good, solidly built and was relatively easy to install by the plumber. After a few months when switching on the hot or cold water, the filtered water feed dripped and when switching on the filtered water, the normal hot and cold water feed drips. After one year, this dripping between filtered and non filtered water has got progressively worse (the non-filter water has a software system included so I really don't want to drink it). The tap is no longer fit for the purpose it was bought for and the cost of removal and replacement by a plumber is so high, it will have to stay in place until I refurbish the kitchen.
