Q: Can you wear these comfortably with socks? I would use them in my hiking boots.

I always wear them with socks. I wear them with steel toes, converse, and running shoes.

Q: Would this help with my son that has problems during Taekwondo?

It may. They helped my heel pain by like 80%. I do find I am not a fan of the Velcro strap, but it isn’t horrible.

Q: What size are these cushions?

One size. I am mens size 10, these cushions will be a little tight for me.

Actually, you can use on either foot. They did help with some of the pressure I put on my foot. However, if you have continuous heel pain, see a podiatrist. I had to because the daily pain was unbearable.
