Hi-res Goodness!
Hi-res goodness! Good cable-to-phone connection. It was a little over-priced, but seems sturdy enough to last a while.

Can still use my earbuds!
Don't enjoy Bluetooth earbuds at all. So when I found this adapter I was excited. It works beautifully with my old earbuds and can now fit back into my new Galaxy phone. The only drawback is that you have to plug it in with a USB which means you can't charge your phone and use this adapter at the same time.

If one headset doesn't work....
I have learned that for my HT C U11 phone ( I love it), this adapter works for one of my headsets, but not the other. Furthermore, the sound of my voice speaking ( I recorded a message to my home phone so hear my voice) has high frequency distortion. The result is that my words are understandable , but not sharp. If I were to use the headset frequently to talk to clients, this would not be acceptable. Not sure that a different brand of adapter would be any better. As I understand it, the USB C port puts is digital, in and out. So this little adapter has the big job of being a codec to convert each direction between digital and analog. Pretty amazing to me that these little guys...of any brand...work at all.

Great company, great product.
I had a problem with the initial adapter sent me connecting. I contacted Cubilux and they worked with me trying to get it to work. They realized there was a problem and sent me a new one. It works phenomenally. It is awesome 👌. I would recommend anyone with the new phones without a headphone hole to use this adapter.

Nice Sound Quality
Upgraded to Note20 Ultra. Samsung is no longer adding headsets to cell phones in US and there is no headphone jack. We purchased this so that we could use our old headphones with USB-C port. I was very surprised by how excellent the sound quality is with this cable. Highly recommend.

A very useful easy plug in for the Moto Z3 head phone jack plug in. Very useful
Ok I did get a very small head phone adapter with my Mother Z3 but needed a better one and ordered this fine adapter in color blue. I really like it much larger. I only wish this adapter had a string or rubber Attachment so I would not loose this new attachment.

Awkward Connection - Audio will cut in and out at the slightest pull of the connector
It works even though it requires some fumbling around with each end to make the ends connect with the device and the headphones. It will cut out if you move for half a second in the wrong way and act like it isn't connected. When I first plugged everything in I was convinced it wasn't working. Be ready to mute your phone quickly while using it. There's also zero indication that it's plugged in on my phone (S21). Not sure what a better option would be other than wireless earbuds and after years of really preferring a wired connection, only having a really crappy adaptor option is making me reconsider.

The sound quality is amazing, much better than others I've bought. No static sound. It looks really well made as well. I've been using it for months and no issues. Happy with my purchase!

This is a cheap USB-C to 3.5mm cable that provides respectable sound quality and convenience for the price. I tested with my Shure SE846 IEMs with an ALO Silver-plated Copper Litz 3.5mm cable and Comply Pro foam tips, using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB (Exynos) with 24-bit FLAC music as my source. The sound quality is a little flat, but not muddy/underwater. It's clearly lacking a bit of oomph and detail. It is a little harsh, and the bass is washed out a bit. The volume is a little low but not as low as the UGREEN cable. UGREEN needs to put better DAC/amp in their audio cables sadly. Comparing this unit to my E1DA 9038D is a joke but I did anyway, it's got nothing on it. The E1DA 9038D/S is the best portable phone-powered USB-C to 3.5mm converter. The Zorloo Ztella is a way better USB-C to 3.5mm cable but both cost way more than this. I also compared the cheap Koopao USB-C to 2 x 3.5mm and this sounds better a little better. It also sounds better than a cheap generic USB-C power/audio splitter from another Chinese site does fast charging and 24/192 sound, though it has 32bit 384khz printed on it. I also bought the UGREEN USB-C to power/audio splitter and it sounds worse than the one I just mentioned. Both UGREEN units had the lowest volume and worst sound quality, sounding underwater with muddy bass. I'd strongly recommend this cable to anyone looking for a cheap USB-C to 3.5mm dongle with good sound quality. It sounds almost as good as the Zorloo Ztella at a fraction of the price. Durability may be an issue though as the cable is super-thin and feels like it could easily snap/break, but at this price you could easily buy another. If you've got expensive headphones though, with good sound quality or which require significant power to drive then I'd recommend the E1DA 9038D/S (D=3.5mm, S=balanced 2.5mm).

Great if your device is type-c connection and you don’t have an audio jack on it. Just plug your sound cable into it then into your your device at the type-c connection. So simple. Recommend item and seller. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great solution to a first world problem with modern phones. I use it for recording audio and video with a lavalier mic and mini shotgun mic. It works very well on my Samsung Note 10+ in pro video mode using either a TRS or TRRS cable, verified it works as advertised. The recording DAC is also much better than the built DAC in many phones like my Huawei phone that has a 3.5mm socket, so if you want to use your phone for vlogging or making videos with decent audio it's a great solution vs being locked into USB only mics.
