Honest Performance Review
I give the WM3‑V4 Folding Squat Rack 5 stars. I love it. It is solid and feels safe when I rack weight. It saves a lot of space, which is why I bought it. The folding system is smooth once you get the hang of it and makes it easy to open when I’m lifting and close when I need the room. The dual pulley system is better than I expected. The five adjustable modes let me do most cable and functional trainer exercises I need. The pulleys glide smooth and don’t stick. It is not full commercial grade, but for a home gym it is more than enough and feels strong. Assembly was quick and easy. Once bolted to the wall, it feels solid and doesn’t move. Overall, this rack covers squats, bench, pull‑ups, and cable work in one setup without taking over my garage. For the money, space savings, and quality, I couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent rack for the price
Overall, this is a great rack, especially if you are looking for something affordable, foldable and including a cable system. It's not perfect, but everywhere it falls short is only a small drawback, and doesn't make it less of a value for the price. Assembly: The instructions are not great, but if you take your time with it it is not hard. You will definitely want a second set of hands to help. Go slow and double-check everything and it will be just fine. Since I was installing on a wall with studs and drywall, I bought 2x6s (cut to 5 feet) to mount to the studs. I chose not to install the backplate so I would have that space for storage. NOTE: The included mounting material will not work for installing through wood. You will need to get lag screws if you are not installing into a concrete wall. Cable System: It is very good. The weight horns run fairly smoothly on the guide rod, even more smoothly with about $5 worth of silicone grease. I will notice a little extra resistance if the weight is not evenly distributed on the horns (ex - a 25lb plate on one horn and a 10lb on the other) but not to the point of it affecting the movement. If you are a taller person, there are some exercises you may have to modify due to the 1:1 cable system (such as cable lateral raises). But small modifications make them work. The rack: The rear section of the rack is solid. Like REALLY solid. The part of the rack that swings open and shut is stable enough. There is some very slight side to side give when fully opened, even with the feet all the way down, but that would be expected in a pin-locked system. And the give is very slight. It doesn't harm the cable system nor does it make the cage any less safe. I have used the rack for squats, presses, and other lifts. I have loaded 225 lbs on both the j-hooks and the safety arms without any sign of strain and I feel confident it can go much higher. I have now put this through 5 heavy training sessions and it has delivered on all 5. Zero complaints. There are quite a few spots where I could point out that this could be better, but nothing that I have pointed to and thought it was poorly done or unsafe. Besides, at sub $400, I've gotten way more out of this rack than that money probably deserves.

Good for the price
The gym is so well packaged and organized. Very easy to put together. It’s a good quality piece for the price! Issues are the attachment pieces such as the fabric pulls they already ripped on the first session with 60lbs of weight. Super disappointed on that. If you have a wood frame home it is a bear to mount it to the wall & you cannot use the screws they provided they only work with concrete! We had to buy really long lag screws & some pieces of 2x6 to mount it to the studs. The bench is not my husband fav. It doesn’t stay in place moves a lot, needs a better locking system. Other than that it is a good piece for the price. The weight plates & bar are great too!

Would recommend
Size: In a standard 2 car garage, we can fit two cars and this set up, even when it is fully open. So size is great. Price: benefit is good as it seems pretty sturdy. Pulleys are decent. Must have equal weight on both sides to have a smooth pulley that is true to the weight. Garage is in a slant, but the adjustable feet work nicely for that. Set up time- 2 people to set up took us about 7 hours total - but we did have to drill into cement. The picture of the instructions shows a step we think may be incorrect where the pull is reversed and ends up on the inside of the rack, but we would prefer it be on the outside. We have used for about a month and no complaints so far.

Assembly Could Be Better
Equipment is pretty sturdy and a good price compared to the bigger name brands that offer similar setups. I will say the wall mounting brackets for this equipment could be improved. The assembly instructions aren’t horrible but some additional key notes would save you some time during the assembly process. Tools not in the instructions is a drill and the proper drill bit size in order to mount the system to the wall. Couple of the nuts were stripped so I had to replace them as well.

AMAZING QUALITY AND UNDER PRICED
Don’t search any further for a squat rack, buy this one! I spent HOURS searching for a squat rack that also had a dual pulley system, for the price this one beats every other one out of the water, my friend had a Rouge brand of this that is exactly the same but they bought theirs for $1,200. I did end up having a missing piece so once it is delivered I will upload pictures of the finished product. It is amazing quality and the best part is that it fold in taking up little to no space, we are building a home gym in our spare room and it leaves so much space for other things. This does require 2 people to build it, I’m sure if you’re a strong man than you may be able to build it yourself. If you pay close attention to the instructions it is an easy build. Also it doesn’t include in the description but it does come with weight plate pins as well as a couple accessories for the pulley system UPDATE*** amazing quality customer service, I was missing a part and they were very quick to reply and send that missing part out
