While skeptical of the fit, they do mostly stay into my small ear canals. I do need to adjust when eating, or around 15-30 minutes of wear. But the sound is great, and connecting to two devices is great. I wish it would play from both devices simultaneously, but you can manually switch in the app. You do miss notifications from the other device however, even though it is "connected." Case is smaller, but battery life is acceptable. I get about 4 hours per bud, and they charge in the case pretty quickly since they're always ready when I grab them again. The case lasts two days before needing a charge, great for days when I forget.I wish devices came with real buttons. Touch sensitive contacts are difficult to tap the requisite number of times. Sometimes it detects a touch, sometimes not. And multiple touches is a mess. I frequently take it off and bang it against my arm for that. The sound it makes on a successful touch is too low when listening to anything else, and I don't know if I've skipped forward or backward. Touch also does not work with gloves on, and isn't that a good reason to be hands free with my phone?

Holy cow! Let's put this in perspective. If you are an audiophile these are NOT for you. In this case you get MORE than you pay for but not what you want from higher prices pods. The blue color is beautiful. Personally not worth the premium but I like them and will keep them. These are amazing. For the price. The noise cancelling is good. I am walking the dog. With ANC I hear the car rush buy but I don't hear their engines. I don't hear the conversations of the people in the distance. I hear the crunch of my dog bag but it’s muffled and not as loud and crunchy. In other words this is not perfect ANC. Anyone who whines about it needs to move on. The sound is great. Not perfect. The bottom line. If you are human. And you lose your pods occasionally or need a spare this is the pair for you. I personally find them comfortable and airpods always feel like they are falling out. I don't notice much difference in sound quality. Again I am just a bloke who needs quality over perfection. The buttons are a little too easy to hit accidentally. Haven't done much with the app. So long story short if you want great pods at a crazy reasonable priceade by a reputable company go ahead and buy these and tell em Scott sent you. (update Two weeks after wearing not sure how I feel about the blue buds. Granted all buds show ear wax but there is something particularly noticeable and annoying for me personally about these blue buds. I know it’s stupid but just had to point out.

Now I rarely leave reviews . But these headphones are blowing my mind and I’m a bit of a stereo snob. The sound is phenomenal but there are lots of good ones available. By using the app the sound will automatically change based on your environment. For example , when I’m on the subway it uses noise cancellation but if I’m on a quiet room it changes to ambient. How does it know ! Worth every penny

The Jabra Elite buds quit after 2 years as they would no longer hold a charge. Picked up these mid-level Sony earbuds, and, my oh my, discovered what "quality" sounds like. Too early to comment on reliability, but Sony lives up to it vaunted reputation for great audio gear. Sturdy, easy to charge, and hopelessly simple to use. Just tap, tap, tap. Carry case seems a bit oversized, but one suspects that is where the charge electricity is being stored. Bravo, Sony!

I ordered Sony WF-C710N Truly Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds. Upon arrival of the package, I was concerned. The secondary shipper had been pushed in, such that the manufacturer's package was visible and accessible. Because of this I took photos during unboxing.As mentioned above, the secondary shipper had been compromised. The manufacturer's primary packaging showed evidence of being previously opened and taped closed. As I opened the primary packaging, it was clear that the interlocking tabs had been torn. Further, the product overwrap's glue seal had been broken as well as slit. Upon opening the charging case, the ear bud tips were contaminated with foreign matter. It's possible that the foreign matter was earwax.I returned the items and provided an explanation similar to what I've written here. I persisted and found an option to engage in live chat, and through that process, I was told that the manufacturer, Sony, controlled the inventory. I was also offered a 10% discount on reordering the same product, which I accepted.I'm disappointed I was sent a previously opened package, which appears to have been previously used. Amazon seems to indicate this was not within their control (i.e. the manufacturer, Sony, controlled the inventory).

The features and sound quality are excellent. They work wonderfully with my Samsung S34 for phone calls and listening to music, podcasts, or videos. I also appreciate the intelligent noise cancellation. However, the battery life claims are nowhere near realistic. I have never gotten more than 8 hours of use from them when fully charged, which is disappointing. I also am not pleased with the inability to get them to connect to my Lenovo Yoga Pro 9 laptop running Windows 11. I have tried every troubleshooting method I could find on Samsung's website, Microsoft's website, and independent forums without success. I am keeping them to use with my phone, but I do not recommend them to anybody planning on using them with their Windows 11 laptop.

My son loved these earbuds. He said they are very comfortable and connect easily. He had considered getting an Apple product. But was very glad he got these instead. He said the quality and fit were “awesome”.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Picked these due to positive online reviews, but so far I’m disappointed at the volume. I don’t need my ears to bleed but I’d like a headphone/speaker to get LOUD when I want them to. I have them at max volume all the time and it feels like a minimum volume. I’m very disappointed, unless they break-in and get significantly louder I will be returning them.
