Let's Go Aero(SHP2040) Keyless Press-on Locking Silent Hitch Pin for 2in Hitches

I received this item today Jan 31/2025 and I just installed it. It looks very well made. Sturdy and the best thing of all (and the main reason I bought it for) zero / absolutely NO WOBBLE AT ALL (and hence obviously no noise). It fits perfectly. I hope it lasts for a long time.This was purchased to be installed on a 2" hitch Class III with a 7" hitch extender so that I'm able to open the trunk of a Subaru Ascent 2022 while the bikes are loaded and the bike rack is tilted/folded back (Küat Transfer V2 2-bike rack). Hope that info helps somebody.Very happy with this!Update 04/28/2025:Worth every dollar. It's been 3 months since I got it. This think is perfect. I'm buying another one for a different 2" hitch for an actual cargo trailer. The other one was installed on an extension 2" hitch for the bike rack.05/15/2025:Bought another one for a different 2" hitch to be used for a cargo trailer. Just perfect.

Works as advertised. I use it on a motorcycle hitch carrier. I haul a drz400. It keeps the carrier solid no rattle no budging. It’s definitely worth it!

This hitch pin has worked out great for me for over a year now. It has completely removed the struggle of tightening down the typical anti-sway devices on my hitch rack, plus it is a lot simpler tightening one bolt. The lock and key is a nice bonus, though I'd not rely upon it for actual security... thieves these days can steal your stuff with just a battery powered angle grinder.

Excellent for eliminating movement on hitch mount products front or back. I use this along with the supplied anti rattle stabilizer on a black widow 600 lb motorcycle rack on front of 2017 3500 ram pickup truck.The silent Hitch pin by itself is a great product to reduce movement in hitch mounted carriers. When combined with the large anti rattle that came with the rack it like solid.. When I load my 2024 Lifan KPX-250 weighing in at 300 lbs the rack does not really move left to right and especially when loaded and going down the road the left to right action is almost non existence.if you use this hitch pin for a motorcycle carrier using this with the stabilizer will be the best.. one word of advise. replace the bolts on stabilizer with SS bolts and get nuts to use as lock nuts to help prevent them from getting loose over time.. you can see in the picture my bolts.

This is a great product. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star is I wish it came in black. Hitches are black. Why wouldn’t owners want their hitch pin to be black?

Coming from a normal trailer hitch lock and buy a nicer hitch I was looking for something more secured and less noise while traveling when leaving hitches in and this did exactly that. Saw a bunch of people recommending these and well worth the buy. No noise and hitch feels more solid. Biggest reason to buy is giving you a little more ease knowing if someone breaks the lock off you still have to ratchet the other side to take the hitch.

Love having the extra security of the threaded pin! I have always been dubious of the security of a lockable towing pin with the lock being the only thing holding the pin in place. I'm not OCD but I would check the old pin locks ten times before driving our motorhome towing a car. This new pin setup was the answer to feeling completely secure about the tow. I bought two for my two stage receiver and one threaded block needed a little edge grinding to match the tube corner radius and fit flush on the tube sidewall (tube inside corner radius was large) but that took 5 minutes and little effort to get it to fit perfectly.
