Grippy!
This pick is so grippy, it's great. Feels a little bit like sandpaper. Just the blue part is grippy. I have sweaty hands so normal plastic picks will slide around. It has a good shape too, I like the larger size.

Best pics in the world
Best pics I ever used. The grips are great for my arthritic hands, andI rarely drop one.

Great picks… my “go to” for years.
Everybody always loved the Fender tortoise shell picks, these have that “crisper” tone with the grip of sand on there. I use these particular picks for the 3 fresh edges… they have regular ones too… they are totally worth it in my book!

Best for jazz style picking or bass guitar.
I think these work best for jazz style picking and are a great size pick for bass guitar application. Not very easy to use for rock/metal guitar playing, because the size of them kind of gets in the way. Definitely for unique picking styles.

Easy to hold
I am a senior with super dry hands and I can't get through a song without picks floating between my finger and thumb if not actually falling to the floor. This pick has a rough surface across the entire surface of the pick, front and back (important). This has cut down on losing control of the pick but does not eliminate it altogether. Still, the best solution I've found thus far save slathering on lotion. The thinnest Cool pick available (at least on Amazon) is 80mm so that might be too thick for some.
