3 different speeds and a pulse. All feel good and not to strong where my ear drums feel like they are in excessive pain. Cleaned out alot of my ear wax and I can hear so much better out my left ear. The heat level indicator is nice so I know the water isn't to hot for my ear. Its so easy to use. Fill with water press to ear and your off to the races.
