Seamless and easy, great customer support

Good to watch customers while in store shopping (split screen) but delayed response on notifications at times. An alert will show up on my phone an hour after I close up shop and it’s showing a picture of me passing camera as I lock up and leave. That’s an hour late! If I were to store all video would cost a fortune per camera for 12 cameras.

5MP cameras are great, easy setup. My issue is with QC....I got the wrong power adapter for the NVR, they sent a 1 AMP instead of a 2 AMP power supply and the HDD crashed after 6 days. I have been dealing with "Johnny" for 3 days via email and still don't have a resolution. He keeps telling me that it is covered by a 1 year warranty, but I haven't got a shipping notice for a new HDD. I did a little research and see that the HDD's are routinely failing. Not sure I want another Hisseu HDD to fail me., thinking about eating the cost of a new Western Digital just to get back to having something that works. I have a sneaking suspicion that the HDD failures are directly associated with the push by the manufacturer to sell their "Cloud Storage Service". I didn't spend $500 plus my time setting up and mounting cameras, another $200 for 4 extra cameras to bring me to the max of 16 to have to continually work on this thing. Pretty disappointed in the HDD issues, QC, Customer Service, and multiple attempts to sell me "Cloud Storage Services".

Real happy with this security cameras system. Had a power cord go bad and the customer care even answered on a Sunday, gave me help to determine the problem which was the NVR cord. They sent me a new one right away and no charge, what great service! I highly recommend this security system and seller. Very happy with my purchase and seller service

User friendly and app works pretty good. Just wish cameras had little better range. But it reaches out to about 100ft with walls and stuff in between it.
