Can't vouch for the other things it says it does, but I get legitimately Top Tier Farts with this product! Even with aggressive probiotic use and a regular poo schedule, I am still often bloated and uncomfortable... the type of bloated and uncomfortable where you're like, "If I had just one good fart, I'd look 2 sizes smaller." Well, ladies, gaydies, and theydies, THIS IS IT FOR ME! It's much easier for me to "suck in" my stomach and engage my abdominal muscles. And when I say "Top Tier Farts", I'm not farting all the time, either. It's a few farts that are just insanely satisfying, and feel like a weight has been let out of your body, not those little ones that are just a fart that has no impact.My method: 20 drops as directed in a small amount of liquid before every meal. Sometimes that's twice a day, other times that's 3 times a day.

Totally amazed at this product! It works. The only thing that has helped my IBS and I am so glad I found it. I think the liquid works better than the capsules, but this will get you 'spot on' in a very short time. It's also very, very gentle. It's recommended that you can take up to 20 drops. I used 6 drops in my water. Horrible taste, but I drank it anyway. About 15 minutes later, I felt sick - headache, stomach upset, and more alarmingly - an itchy tongue (obvious allergy to the ingredients). I gave it to my acupuncturist who had no reaction to it - so I guess it's my system that can't handle the ingredients. Be careful with this - if you have allergies - only use 1-4 drops instead of the recommended dose. Plus the alcohol scent is very strong - beware scent-sensitive people!

For the record the reviewer freaking out about the taste idk what to tell people like that but it tastes like licorice and I actually like it, so go slather your lil dino nuggies in ketchup I guess. Far more of a legitimate complaint is the price. Preposterously expensive and owned by Bayer, a big Pharma giant corpo that did questionable business in WW2. When I started using it years ago it was owned by a different company and cost less. Like most people here already mentioned the issue is that it helps a little, like when I have too much gas or am nauseous (frequently). It’s not going to cure gastroparesis like someone on here wants it to. My stepmom uses angostura bitters in place of this and likes it better, but I am unsure of the equivalency.
