Our original Samsung remote stopped working after years of use, so I ordered this two pack as a replacement. Both remotes worked right out of the box with our Samsung smart TV. No programming or setup was needed, which was a huge plus. The buttons have a good feel and respond quickly when navigating menus or streaming apps. The size and layout are very close to the original remote so there was no learning curve. Having two remotes is actually really convenient since one usually disappears into the couch cushions. Overall a simple, affordable replacement that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Super easy to pair my five year old Samsung HDTV with this remote. The voice feature button on the remote works flawlessly in pulling up whatever I ask—YouTube, Amazon Prime, and The Great Courses. The remote also comes with buttons for the standard three streaming services you would expect—Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. You press one of these button and poof it opens that streaming service. It’s like magic. 😉 I like the white color of the remote too, which makes it easy to find amongst all the other black remotes, which is one reason I bought this white remote. Not much I can say, except that it feels like a quality built remote. I highly recommend it.

I am a repeat customer, because I have a dog. In fact, I am writing this review for him. He really likes the taste. In fact, this remote is one of his favorite treats. He also likes the texture. They aren't that difficult to chew, and the remote can be easily carried in his mouth, or hidden in the folds of the couch. The only negative is they don't last long when you chew them, and they won't change the channels or volume on the Sound Bar after they have been crunched a few times. I would just like to add on my own behalf that the value for the money is great. I am so glad these aren't more expensive as many times as I have had to order them. They also work right out of the box. I have had zero compatibility issues. In fact, they are just like the original remote. If you need one, and it fits the model of your Sound Bar, this is the one you are looking for.

I bought this remote because my dog decided to chew up my original one, and I expected replacing it would be the usual hassle of trying to program a universal remote to work with my TV. That ended up not being the case at all with this one. I literally took it out of the package, put the batteries in, and it worked immediately with my Hisense TV without any programming required. The buttons feel great and everything functions exactly like the original remote that came with the TV. The fit, layout, and responsiveness are basically identical to the factory remote, which honestly surprised me considering the price. For the value, this was a no brainer and saved me from having to deal with complicated setup or expensive replacements. If you need a quick and easy replacement remote that works right out of the box, this one does the job perfectly.

Functionality is good if not perfect. The scroll/click wheel is ever so slightly too easy to spin, which causes an accidental scroll and click pretty frequently. So you end up selecting the option directly above or below. The other quirk of the wheel being overly sensitive is an accidental activation of the pointer as you're trying to do a simple selection click, this will have the pointer appear on screen wherever your hand is pointing and select something unintentionally. Genuinely these things are annoying and you do have to be wary of them and adjust to it. If you want the factory remote experience this isn't it, but its close enough and good value.

I have a Samsung QLED and I never liked the remote that came with it. It’s rechargeable and has that ridiculous solar cell on the back that I don’t even think works. I bought one replacement just like it and it ran on batteries but it turned out to be garbage as well. However this remote is what it should be. The programming is super easy and pairs fast. It’s very comfortable to hold and the buttons are way more responsive than the previous two. Replacing the original it stands out and it’s got a very reasonable price. Would I recommend buying it? Absolutely. Unlike the other two that you have to point right at the TV this one will work even if you’re wrapped up under a blanket.

Works perfectly - I lost the one remote control that came with my tv’s original purchase. Wasn’t sure if these would work - put batteries in and to my surprise they communicated with my television just fine

I purchased this when the remote for my LG OLED TV broke. It was easy to pair to my TV; I had to do was aim it at the TV and hold down the scroll button. This remote included the pointer, which other replacement remotes did not offer. It performed all of the functions that the original remote did as it was compatible with my LG OLED model. But this remote felt less sturdy than the original. The buttons had a slight clicking sound. And I had to press the scroll wheel in order for the pointer to appear. I found this cumbersome. And sometimes the pointer would freeze where it was and I had to roll the scroll wheel to unlock it. And by doing so who would scroll the TV channel. I ended up returning it and buying an LG remote on eBay.

It’s smaller and neater than the one it replaces. It works all I need it to work. The buttons are clearly marked. It was reasonably priced. Much cheaper than an exact replacement. I’m happy with my purchase.

Die Fernbedienung von unserem Samsung Smar TV hat den Geist aufgegeben und wir haben diese bestellt. Die Fernbedienung sieht fast identisch zu dem Original aus, die Kanten sind bisschen eckiger, die Tasten ein wenig wabbeliger, aber die Funktionen sind dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Fernbedienung war sofort einsatzbereit und funktioniert super. Sehr sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

This is working very good, all functions are best working ,voice and every button is perfect with quality touch

The on/off button keeps sinking into the body of the remote. The other buttons don’t feel too good as well
