Nice cushion
I actually doubled these in my air boot. My heel was just killing me because of a surgery and these heel cushions gave me some relief.

Use to provide drop in my Altra Paradigm 6 running shoes
I wear Altra Paradigm 6 running shoes mainly for the toe box. I also wear Saucony Triumphs since zero drop just doesn't work for me. I use two of these heel pads together to get the drop I want in the Paradigms. They adhere well to each other as well as to the inner sole. They are completely comfortable.

these are exactly what i needed for my foot/leg issues. the 1/4" height is just enough to lift my foot up in my shoe to ease my back pain

Not enough cushion.
I dislike this product, because the 1/4" thickness is not thick at all however, I like the adhesive tape really good, but I wish it could have been more thick in size.

They stay put!
I will be ordering more of these heel pads. I don't have pain; I use them to compensate for scoliosis in my right shoe only. They are the only pads I've used that stay put and don't drift around. The adhesion is great and they become part of the insole. I wash my shoes (Sketchers) and they don't come off or apart. I've tried many different pads and these are my favorite.

Worst manufacturer ever of this product
I've been using this style of lift for many years and they've always worked out well. Yes, they compressed a little but it wasn't a problem; however, with this manufacturer it compressed from 1/2 inch down to almost nothing in a half an hour walk. (Not an exaggeration!) Plus, there was no adhesive for the pad to stick to the in sole. Please take your money elsewhere.
