Does what it's supposed to do. Good quality
Love this coconut opener. Been wanting one for ages. This is easy to clean, and works well on young coconuts. Have not tried this on a mature coconut, but not sure I would want to either.

Amazing tool that works well if used properly
I would take the complaints about not being able to use this on mature coconuts with a grain of salt. We live in Costa Rica and get fresh coconuts from the farmers market every week. For those who know coconuts, younger coconuts contain more water that has a sweeter flavor. Older coconuts tend to have harder, more fibrous shells and the water tends to have a bitter aftertaste.In terms of the tool itself, it is designed to pierce unpeeled coconuts and works very well on the younger coconuts it was designed for. It makes a perfect hole to insert a drinking straw and is easy to clean afterwards. It’s easy enough to use and safe enough that my kids have become experts in using it to help themselves a coconut.The manufacturer notes it is dishwasher safe and that it is food-grade stainless steel. This is a great tool that we keep in our reusable bags to bring to the market every week. That said, in terms of value, it is a few dollars more expensive than a full coconut opener tool you can find on Amazon. I would still replace ours if this one went missing, but hopefully it holds up an di don't ahve to.

Compact and tough!
This Tynoscco coconut opener completely changed the game for me. I love drinking fresh coconut water, but cracking open young coconuts used to be a chore—until now. The rotary spring pressure design makes it incredibly easy to use. Just line it up, push down, and twist. Within seconds, you have a perfect hole without any mess or risk of injury. The stainless steel build feels strong and high-quality, and it's easy to clean. It’s compact enough to store in a drawer, but tough enough to feel like it’ll last for years.

Small coconut
It probably has to be a small coconut. This ain’t work for a big one. Maybe it was too big so just keep that in mind. I will be trying with a smaller coconut next time to see if it works.

Works well. Easy to use, just punch in the coconut and twist. Feels durable enough. Also it is small enough for easy storage.

Great green coconut opener !
I was reluctant to get this coconut opener but I was proved wrong! We bought few green Florida coconuts and had no idea how to cut them !!!Amazon to rescue! This fresh coconut opener tool is very effective with rotary spring pressure where it was safe way to open and to drink fresh delicious coconut water. This opener is food grade stainless steel and its durability is good.Highly recommended 😍

Works on young coconut.
This device works on young coconut but not sure how it will work on more mature nuts.Feels like it is of decent built.
