Excellent game, capturing the essence of the books
Such a fantastic game! I have recently finished the original Mistborn trilogy and came across this boardgame so knew I had to give it a go and I couldn't be happier. The game does a great job of bring the feel of the books to a game like setting, having to manage the use of my own metals in order to maximise the amount of damage or coinage I can gain really made me feel like I was in the world.I also really enjoy the fact that this can be played either competitively where you are battling it out to see who is the better Mistborn or collaboratively to fight against the Lord ruler. The latter definitely being my preferred style, trying to work together to slowly complete missions in order to hamper the Lord ruler's healing ability was so tense and it does a great job of showing the power difference between even 4 Mistborn and the Lord ruler!Excellent game all around and would highly recommend!
