My cat loves this food. Seems to have good, healthy ingredients.

Love the food (my cat says so!) but jaysus! The USPS is terrible, horrible, awful at delivery. Amazon, take note: USPS is unreliable, inconsistent, and has been ever since deJoy took over. Please, please, please, never use them again!

Got picky cats? I do. I have tried every wet cat food i can find. They are so picky. They eat this though, and not just once, but they have been eating it for several years. It is really expensive when you feed four, but not as expensive as throwing away 1/2 eaten cans of cat food.

FML i just opened the package and 🤢 there are maggots crawling under the plastic wrap. I nearly threw up and now have a PTSD. I do not recommend this product for either your cat or your mental health. The end.

My 20-year-old female cat has been on a holistic and grain-free diet, wet and dry combined, for a number of years now. Her kibble is always a winner, and never seems to go out of style with her. Canned food, though, is another matter. Pate is the only acceptable texture, and still I find one can/flavor after another sampled and then rejected. Even the best are only partially consumed when it comes time to clean up and refresh her dishes. And as a result, I'm always bringing home a can of something or other new, hoping it will be a hit. That's how I discovered Solid Gold Evening Tide (tuna & sardine pâté). I brought home a sample can, opened it - and lo and behold! - when I came back by her dish, it was polished clean! I couldn't believe it, so I tried another can here and there, with the same happy results (and the same ho-hum response to everything else). Since then, I've been ordering it (and re-ordering) by the case, and - fingers crossed - she's shown no sign of slowing down. In fact, she actually asks for more. What can I say? America's Finickiest Kitty approves - maybe your "boss" will like it, too! The only quibble I have had has been with availability. We've been feeding a premium diet for a long time, so it may be that's why I don't have the sticker-shock issue others have mentioned. It's not cheap, but I find it on par with most "little cans." Actually locating it, though, has been another matter. Usually, I can buy it here on Amazon, or failing that, at local pet stores, both big box and little boutique shops. However, roughly every six weeks, it just seems to have been disappearing from the supply line across the board, generally for a week or so. I'm not sure if it's a fluke, or if it's just that popular, but I've started keeping a few cans of "emergency reserve" on hand... because she actually goes to her dish and cries when we run out. You just don't mess with Miss Kitty - not when it comes to her Solid Gold!
