Love these flickering votives! They were the perfect size for what I needed. I like the option of using the built in timer as well.

Batteries only lasted a month

I do love these!! Warm, flickering glow that adds such beauty and calmness wherever you put them. I've gotten these and the tea lights and have not been disappointed. The timers are reliable and they last a long time with daily use.

I like the size of the votives & they work great .The only think I don't like {& I Forgot when I reordered} is the screw on the bottom to open cover to replace battery. Very annoying, especially for older hands .Can't seen to find the first votives I purchased where you could take battery compartment off with no turning a screw .

I really like these votive candles with timers. I find them very bright in the votive holders. I started using about six at the same time every night using the timer. Some of them lasted longer than others before needing a battery change. My only complaint is changing the battery. These little screws you need to take out to change the battery are very tiny and I found it difficult to find a screwdriver that would fit them, even trying the tiny glasses screwdrivers. I chose not to screw the cover on as tight and they still work perfectly. That is my only complaint.

These candles have a realistic looking flame. I really like the timed automatic on/off feature. They give the room a nice ambiance.

The timers work great and they provide a decent amount of light. But they only lasted for two months.

A year or two ago, if I'd been smarter or more clued in to things, I'd have happily purchased these for the batteries alone. Luckily for me (if not the places I used to buy batteries for about $3 apiece) I didn't buy these for that reason; I bought them because I thought they'd be cool little lights to have around the house, not to read by or anything like that. Just little bits of light to take away a little of winter's darkness. Call me a sucker for "fake" warmth and light. I won't argue or defend myself against that... I DO know it makes me smile when I get home from work and these things light up. Which is the whole point of getting them. I don't know if the timers are accurate, or if they meet any specific level of lumens (whatever lumens are), or if they'll last ten years or ten days. I've had them for only a couple days and and am happy with them. They make my world a better place. Bright and flickering, and all six started right up. You can't beat that in a first-couple-days review. I just ordered some more to take to work and stack atop the machine I run. I'm not sure if I should set the timers for when I'm there or for when I'm not. But that's another story or two. :)

They are very cheaply made, timers won’t work and the inside metal pieces fell out. They did not work. Do not recommend

Just turn them on and the timer keeps them lit for 6 hours, then automatically off for 18 hours. The size is excellent! Two inches high, so noticeable, they fit well in little lantern cups and big lanterns too. When the batteries die down, you can buy a pack of 20 on Amazon for $11.99. These are great for tabletop, indoor/outdoor, and for placing inside of planters. I bought two packages and used them instead of nightlights that require electricity also. Many uses, last long, look amazing, safe!
